What payment methods do you accept?

The Smoking-Meat.com Digital Store accepts most major credit cards and other payment methods offered securely through Shopify at checkout.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email confirming your order.

PDF Downloads

How do I receive my PDF download?

After your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email with a link to download your PDF. You'll also be able to download it from your order confirmation page.

I didn't receive my download email. What should I do?

First, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, contact me and I'll make sure you receive your purchase.

Can I download my purchase more than once?

Yes. Your download link is available in your order confirmation. If you ever have trouble accessing your purchase, just let me know.

What devices can I use?

Your PDF can be viewed on virtually any computer, tablet, or smartphone that supports PDF files.

Can I print my PDF?

Absolutely. You're welcome to print a copy for your personal use or keep it on your favorite device for easy reference while cooking.

Products

Are these physical products?

No. Everything sold in the Smoking-Meat.com Digital Store is a PDF Download unless otherwise noted. No physical products will be shipped.

What's the difference between the Master Formulas and the bottled products?

The Master Formulas teach you how to make my signature rubs and barbecue sauce at home using ingredients available at most grocery stores.

If you'd rather skip the mixing, the ready to use bottled versions are available from Thin Blue Foods.

Are the recipes beginner friendly?

Yes. Whether you're just getting started or you've been smoking meat for years, the recipes and formulas are written in the same easy to follow style you've come to expect from Smoking-Meat.com.

Do I need special ingredients?

No. Most ingredients can be found at your local grocery store.

Personal Use

May I share my PDF with family or friends?

Your purchase is licensed for your personal use only. Please don't share, copy, or distribute the files. If someone else would like a copy, I'd appreciate them purchasing their own.

Can I use these recipes or formulas in my business?
